Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jackson, an IHG Hotel

Hotel was nice and had some family members call in worried about when I was going to arrive because I had just spent Christmas with family in the Jackson Mountains (at what I would call a Nice Cabin and drove through unpaved streets=dirt roads and no streetlights basically in the forest) Needless to say your front Staff person working the night shift was so pleasant(she had gotten numerous calls from my daughters worried about me) it had me in a comfort level that made the stay excellent walking in the front doors at 10:30 at night. When I woke for breakfast, everything was awesome.

I did not get to breakfast in time, however your staff offered access to some of the breakfast items available. This was exceptional service and kindness. I truly appreciated the gesture, although I did not take them up on their offer due to time constraints.

We arrived at 9:30 pm, the front desk staffer was very friendly even though it was a busy night. He said he was aware many folks were checking in because their kids were taking an SAT the next morning, so he would be serving the complimentary breakfast items earlier than normal so the kids would be able to grab a bite before their four-hour test. Really considerate and above and beyond service.

Clean and comfortable. Great location to explore from.

The beds weee comfortable. The room temperature was easy to manage and set. They have nice amenities.
